Xtreme HD IPTV's provides physical installation and technical setup services only, including:

• TV wall mounting
• Cable management and concealment
• On-site configuration of customer-owned devices (e.g., Fire Stick, Roku, Smart TVs, soundbars)

We do not provide, sell, license, or support any streaming content, IPTV subscriptions, media libraries, or third-party software.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that:

• All devices, accounts, and subscriptions used during setup are owned by you.
• You are solely responsible for the legality of any content accessed through your devices.
• You grant our technician safe access to your property for installation.

3. Warranties

We warrant that all installation work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We offer a 1-year warranty on labor for mounting and cable management services.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use after installation
• Defects in customer-supplied equipment
• Changes to wall structure or electrical systems

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xtreme HD IPTV's shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
